Partnership Options
Class A Racing Partnership |
| In a "Class A" partnership, a single
investor can buy one or more shares of a single horse or a
group of horses. Generally the shares will be divided by 100.
This type of partnership will operate much like a stock. The
initial cost of the horse, training fees, miscellaneous expenses,
and veterinary care is divided among the share holders. The
trainer, in some cases, will retain 10%, or 10 shares, in
the horse and will reserve the right to make final decisions
regarding, but not limited to, veterinary care, races and
jockeys. Your trainer will do everything in you and your best
interest. If you feel this is not the case then it's time
to start a relationship with a new trainer. All partners will
be billed, for their respective share of ownership, on a monthly

Class B Racing Partnership |
Class B thoroughbred
horse racing partnership were designed
to minimize risk and maximize gains in the shortest period
of time possible. This is the most comprehensive, fast track
program designed to get you to the winner circle.
Partners pay a one time fee which covers
the price of the horse and thirty days of training. The partner
may option to get out at the end of the thirty days with no
further financial obligation or continue the partnership for
thirty more days of racing for just a small training fee.
At the end of these blocks, the profits are divided among
the partners based on their percentage of ownership. Some
partners may break off to own horses individually or some
may join a different type of partnership, which may allow
