Billing Terms Agreement
Dear Customer,
We provide simple and easy billing solutions for everyone.
You may choose to pay by credit card and never have to touch
a paper bill again. You can pay online at the time you receive
your invoice. Your invoice will be sent directly to you
via email. You may choose automatic billing and never have
to worry about late payments. All on your computer. Hassle
free! We also accept cash and check
payments.
Credit Card Option 1:
A Visa™ or MasterCard™ should be on file upon
pick-up or arrival of your horse(s). Basic
training fees and additional products,
if any, will be billed to your credit card and will occur
every 30 calendar days. A detailed invoice will be sent
via email. If invoice is not paid in full within 10 days
after the due date, your credit card will be automatically
charged for the total balance due.
Credit Card Option 2:
Automatic Billing: A simple and convenient
automatic billing may be set up. If you choose automatic
billing, your credit card will be charged on the 1st day
of the month for the amount of the previous month's balance.
Your invoice will be sent at the time your credit card is
approved and marked as paid. If the credit card on file
does not clear, customer will be notified and a second billing
attempt will proceed. After second attempt, the customer
will be notified and may be asked to change the credit card
on file or send other form of payment.
Check or Cash Payments:
Foal papers should accompany the horse(s) if paying by
cash or check.
Customers will be sent an electronic invoice, via email,
on the 1st day of the month. You may pay cash, check, or
online by credit card. Invoice is due
on the 15th of the month. Please pay by due date to avoid
late charges. Unpaid balances may
be in danger of default. A $35 fee
will be charged for returned checks.

Default:
If an outstanding balance is left unpaid after
30 days of the due date, Crocker Racing
reserves the right to suspend training and/or send the horse(s)
back to the responsible owner, as stated on the foal papers.
Foal papers may remain on file with Crocker Racing Stable
Inc. After the 15 day grace period, following
the due date, finance charges will
apply to outstanding balance. Crocker Racing Stable Inc.
reserves the right to sell or trade any horses with an outstanding
balance over 90 days past due.
Finance Charges:
A $10 late fee, plus a 2.5%
monthly (30 days) finance charge will be applied to any
overdue balances. All invoices are due on the 15th day of
the month. A grace period of 15 days will be in effect before
finance charges are calculated.
How Finance Charges
are Calculated
The overdue balance is subject to a 30.42%
APR or a Daily Periodic Rate of 0.08334%. The 2.5% (2.5002%)
finance charge reflects the Daily Periodic Rate multiplied
times 30 days. Daily Periodic Rates will apply to the unpaid
balance starting on the first day, after the grace period,
following the due date, as stated on invoice. Unpaid late
fees and finance charges will be applied to the new balance
and will be subject to finance charges as well.
An overdue balance must
be paid before horse's departure.
